Dealing with a lot of stress lately, I took a few hours out of work to do some “self care.” I booked an 80 minute massage and was looking forward to just relaxing for that time. My massage person asked what I was looking for and understood I had stress and wanted to relax. So it all started well, but then she started questioning me about why I needed 80 minutes when she could “do all she was going to do in 50” so this was awkward and ruined any zen I started drifting to, but also rude. She said “I’m just going to be doing the same thing anyways but for longer”.... we’ll no s*%t. Overall too much commentary throughout...(I don’t know anyone that wants to have a conversation throughout their massage) and rough transitions between areas. I’m super disappointed. This place has decent reviews and although DOUBLE the cost of Element or the other chain around here that always offer groupons, I thought it would be worth the extra cost... sadly I’m just out 160 and frustrated that I wasted PTO for this. If you’re going here, make sure someone refers you to a good masseuse that they recommend and don’t just get whatever random available person—guessing there’s a reason she wasn’t already booked.

I love LORI for a massage. She’s excellent but sadly she’s not available today(Friday). So, I tried someone else because today is my only free time. Anyhow, I like SARAH for her massage. Holy cow, she’s strong and thorough. I enjoyed my full body massage. Moreover, she’s extremely nice and quiet (which is a plus for me). Whereas, VICTORIA is the queen of facial! Seriously, I was afraid to get a facial treatment. Because I only have one person who I trust with my face. But, Victoria raised the bar. I enjoyed every minute of it. And guess what? my face (sensitive) was not even reddish after treatment. It became glossy and pinkish. Thank you again!! Definitely, I will need her service again. Overall, I had fun today and got my money’s worth. Stay safe ladies.️ See you soon!
