Hand and Stone is awesome. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a gift bag for my wife and she absolutely loved it. She spends most of her day raising 3 little boys so this is a necessity. The package prices and intro 3 month membership is a great value. Definitely check this place out.

I have never been made to feel more heard at a massage. I’m so upset that I forgot the name of the woman who gave me the best massage I’ve ever experienced at Hand and Stone. She was very attentive to where my pains were and what areas needed more pressure. I get headaches from my shoulder blades and carry all my tension in my shoulders. Two days later, some good pain from her getting in to the knots and NO headaches! Pretty much a miracle for someone who gets headaches / migraines every day. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait to come back!

Honestly. I was very disappointed. My first appointment was rescheduled due to an unfortunate circumstance on their part, then my second appointment was also cancelled. 15minutes before hand, and I drove 30-40minutes to this place. I get stuff happens, but no effort was put to reconcile or to even find me a booking at another one of their locations. Minimal effort deserves minimal reward
If you want consistency and reliability when looking forward all week to a massage then look elsewhere. These ladies are inconsistent and have poor communication. I waited all week for a massage only to be called 2 hours prior to my massage to be told they don’t have room for myself and my partner. I scheduled 5 days in advance to be called 2 hours prior. Thanks for wasting my whole week anticipating a massage and now everyone else is booked so I have to wait another week to get one.
