Beware of this company. A simple google search and a look at their status on trust pilot will do. No costumer service and a faux chat function on the website for example.

I bought a treadmill at Outl1.se, TR2100. very fast delivery, the product arrived 48 hours after I order. The treadmill I bougth (TR2100) works fine manually, but but it has a very bad quality application to track your excersice in your phone or device. The app constantly loose sync with the treadmill.

Ordered treadmill 31st July, delivered 11th August. Instructions are impossible to follow and the bag of screws, nuts and bolts to put it together bear very little relation to what is listed in the manual. It is hard to put it together when you don't have the critical and correct pieces. One week of emails and ZERO response so I have an unusable treadmill and very expensive decoration. I cant even make arrangements to return it because no-one in this company can be bothered to contact me to resolve this problem.
