My husband and I bought a car from Bilia Haninge Toyota during last week and we are amazed by the outstanding customer service. We went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago to browse for cars, not knowing exactly what to buy. Luciano, one of the employees, greeted us and provided amazing customer service. He helped us choose a car based on OUR needs and budget, he never tried to "sell" and he never suggested the more expensive options, but was genuinely helping us. He was also very tolerant and understanding towards our small children, and he patiently answered our thousand questions and never hurried us to make a choice, but told us to take our time. He was always happy and friendly, although I know that we weren't the easiest customers. We love our new car and will be recommending Bilia in Haninge to our friend's and family.

Last Friday I called for 1 Green Skoda Kodiaq and the salesman Jonathan Boman sold the car on the phone to me. After mailing 2-3 times and 4 days he didnt send me the contract and when i called him today, he told me the car was sold from his Collegue who didnt work on that day from Home office. i dont believe that he was in mail contact all the time with me. he just let me wait and when he got a better offer he sold it to another one. This a unserius company!!! Never again!!!
