Hade a appointment at 07:00 for my car to get the breaks fixed. But due to a computer problem at the check-in they could not do anything for my car. The whole morning was just a waste of time. Why not fix the breaks and bill me afterwards when the computer is on line again.

Took our Mitsubishi Spacewagon to J Bil Haninge as they advertise they are Mitsubishi 'specialists'. J Bil keeps our car for 3 days (tells us 1 day to begin with), J Bil tells us they will call each day (they never call, wife must call them each day), J Bil tells us they have no idea how to fix it, J Bil tell us that they are 'new' to mitsubishi. J Bil tells us they have rung Mitsubishi for advice, but cannot guarantee the fix (9000 sek) will solve the cars problem. How can you claim to be specialists in Mitsubishi, then tell the customer you are new to fixing Mitsubishi??? A big waste of time that costs us 1600 sek. - oh yes, my wife was told the cost was 1200 sek which is paid in full, then J Bil sends another invoice in post for additional 485 sek. Wife is told Manager will call to explain why it took J Bil 3 days to plug in computer on car and do nothing....you guessed it, J Bil doesn't call!! So, if you want to be ignored, kept in the dark, charged for no service, take your car to J Bil Hanninge.
Terrible service, called 4 times to book a service but never got a time slot due to lack of communication between tecnicians and customer service

Dåligt och oorganiserat! Fick SMS-påminnelse om service som vanligt. Upp med tuppen och in med bilen till service. Killen i kassan kan inte hitta bokningen alls. -Ursäkta vi har skickat fel tid till dig, kan du komma nästa vecka istället? Bara att åka hem igen, sen till jobbet helt i onödan. Samma dag ringer J-bil upp . Kanske vill de be om ursäkt? Nejdå, de har inte längre möjlighet att erbjuda den redan bokade hyrbilen under tiden de servar min bil. Inte på hela året faktiskt. Totalt ointresserade av att ha mig som kund. Nu blir det verkstad och service någon annanstans. Aldrig mer J-bil i Haninge. En stjärna är för mycket.
