My buying in this company experience is perfect. Willingness to cooperate and inner culture of the team is really positive. I also liked the coffee \department\ upstairs for the staff and clients, good while making a break during the buying process. Example to other auto sellers!

TERRIBLE!! Purchased my vehicle from Svenska Bilgruppen in December last year and this was one of my worst decisions I’ve ever made! First impression was very nice, one of the salesman was very helpful and kind until the purchase was done! They guaranteed of the every car’s condition saying they had them checked on their own workshop, which convinced me of buying the car. Everything changed once they received the money! The vehicle started having a lot of problems the first two weeks after purchase. Contacted them and described the issues and asked them to check the vehicle. They check the vehicle and said that it was fine! Took the vehicle to VW and found out there is a problem which costs more than 10.000kr ! Since it was only two weeks and I had expensive issues with it, I asked the manager (an arrogant guy) to exchange the vehicle since it was in a terrible condition! His response? Only if they would make 25.000kr they would accept it. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! As a conclusion of everything I ended up paying an amount of 40.000 within a few months in order to get the vehicle to be in the condition of driving it safely! Keep away from them!!!!

Worst place to buy a car from in Stockholm ... greedy owner...dishonest employees...high mileage cars...they will defo will try to sell warranties for these old cars...if you want to return any bad car even in the next morning...they will charge you 10000 kr to change to a other car!!! According to an employee, bloodsucking owner does not care you die or suffer, he wants to suck your money dry! And finally he does not believe in return customers!!! Be aware of this place!!

Felix hjälpte min vän och hans sambo med att hitta deras nya bil med avslut på affären idag. Han har varit till stor hjälp med bra kunskap och varit väldigt tillmötesgående. En grym kille som definitivt förtjänar 5 stjärnor! Utöver detta så har han dessutom 3.5 handikapp på golfbanan så han tål att utmanas inför nästa bilaffär ;)
