Customer service: Excellent communications, courteous polite and as a customer was kept informed of the status of my sack truck. Product: What a fantastic bit of solid kit! My sack truck dealt with all white goods; from the 10KG washing machine to the tall fridge freezer effortlessly. Loved the two handle design for stabilization and the wheels I had selected (puncture proof) were HUGE! Solid item, solid axis, performed like a ballerina. We required various bespoke trolleys for a site project, we spoke to Liam at Handle-iT who was a huge help and managed to get drawings sent over of the discussed designs, once agreed the trolleys went into production. I have purchased numerious cheap platform trolleys from Amazon and eBay only to have them fail after a few months of moderate use. I decided it was time to spend a bit more money and get something that will last and found this company online. After a call to their Sales team I was delighted with the level of knowledge and friendly manner. My new trolley arrived last week and I must say it makes the products I have used previously look like toys; this is super piece of kit that has clearly been designed and built to last!
