Great report and found many things that I personally would never have found - very detailed and thorough. Well worth spending the money for a professional report and follow up document to take back to the builder. Very satisfied with the result.

Great help with my first build. I didn't know what I was looking for. Greg was very professional, thorough and had my best interests in mind. Definitely would recommend for assisting a smooth handover of a new home.
Good and recommended. Once you pay them all your worries are taken over by Handovers. They will contact the builder keep track of completion and book inspections and give you the final report. Good communication.
