We had one bad experience with Enterprise a few years ago, which has tinted our view of them, sadly. Since then we've used them a couple of times and even though we expect problems, the staff here in Hanford are pleasant and courteous and the cars are always great. In my experience though, even with a car booked in advance, be prepared to spend 20 minutes in the office. It's not an instant pickup experience
