Not pleased with this rental store. We waited in line for an hour and a half. By the time we are assisted he said at first that it looks like someone else had rented it. He found our rental, thankfully. As we are finishing up there was another customer in line after us. He informed us that he would help the customer behind us before verifying the hook up. After about 20 minutes of waiting he finally comes out, instead of taking the photos he needed to he was talking on his phone. We finally left and hour and 45 minutes later. Not happy, glad we are moving and will not need to deal with this company again.

No Military Discounts offered and this town is only a few miles from Lemoore Naval Air Station? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? We're talking ACTIVE duty Military here! I will never rent from U-Haul again because the young lady said that this is a company wide policy. We can't choose who we catch a bullet from, but we can choose where we spend our . And it won't be here! NEVER AGAIN U-HAUL!!!!
