A nice cozy archipelago in Stockholm. Easy to reach. Beaches are a bit crowded. But a short trek and you will find a lot of small beaches which can be kinda private. A good walking path also present around the island of about 11km.

A sandy beach with shallow water, beautiful forest, rocks by the sea with a great view - an ideal place to visit and spend some time in nature.
This place looked fabulous. We didn’t camp here, but the camp site looked immaculate. The beach was long and sand and the rocks were smooth and fun to run and climb over. The views are to die for.
Very nice beach with great parking facility. Would be nice if there were more restaurants/caffes.
We rented a land for a tent during the midsummer eve. Not much previous experience but this place was really good. Despite having many people staying, there was no queue to the service room in the morning. For 330kr you get a land and parking on it for your car, water taps, access to service rooms and shower which is paid separately. Being new to this kind of stay, separate tariff on shower felt weird, and better ways to make people spend less time in a shower cabin could be used. They do not sell separately the access to the service rooms if you want to stay somewhere around beautiful hiking trails in that area like many people do, which I think is a miss.
There is a dog beach which is fantastic. Also a restaurant and shop near the parking. Great place for a sunny day

A clean, very quiet, not too windy camp ground located 30 mins from Stockholm central. The food is excellent in the bistro located right next door in the same building as the reception, plus they keep beer glasses in the fridge to ensure an icey cold brew! There is a mini golf course directly out the front of the reception and bistro building and there are bikes and go-kart buggy's for hire also. Powered and water provided at the camping sites for either tents or caravans along with cabins with amenities available too. The toilets and showers were always very clean and always stocked with the essentials for the week we stayed. There are toilet cubicles on one side of the amenitie buildings and private cubicles with both a shower and toilet in another entrance. The cost of showering is 6kr per 3 mins. A must visit spot for quiet and relaxing camping just outside Stockholm city limits.
