A star is too much for Hanlin managements. Horrible at communication and worst customer service. They never answer the phone. I just wonder how do they have a job and who hires such people.

I moved to Des Plaines a year ago and installed my satellite dish in front of the building. Today January 2020 A year later, Hank Kolak and the board of hanlin decided to come take down the satellite dish without notice or a letter, at least knock at the door to have me informed. At 9:00 a.m I wake up to a drilling sound and find these people taking down my satellite. I try my best to be respectful but Halin management knows nothing about respect and professionalism. What kind of a human does this! I pay my association fees on time, never once late. I will make sure these people get fired.

Is there a possibility for negative stars?? All the reviews from the prior folks couldn't be more accurate. I believe the negative reviews have finally made these people bitter. The woman I spoke with would not let me get a word in whatsoever. Literally spewing the fact that she 'didn't care' about anything that I was trying to tell her, including putting words in my mouth that I didn't say. Then said she was done with the conversation and just hung up. I was actually baffled at how brazen this woman was! Had I spoken to a client/customer in that manner I'd be reprimanded or let go. This speaks volumes... Being a bully will get you nowhere!!!!

Difficult to work with, lack of any follow up returning messages. Left multiple voice-mails with specific straight forward question... any property management company would be able to easily answer providing basic property mgmnt information.
