My wife had phoned in prior to us even bringing our truck in and we were assured they had nothing on the go and to bring it on in. Truck was dropped off Monday, I touched base a couple times throughout the week and was assured that it would be looked at right away. Contacted them again on Thursday and was told it was going to be looked at in the afternoon, it is now Friday and appears we are left without a truck until they re-open on Tuesday. It fathoms me that I would not receive atleast a heads up that they were not going to be able to get to it at all considering it is a long weekend. So I wish I could rate their performance, but after a week there is still no work to even be evaluated.
I have known this dealership since they opened their doors. They are bar none one of the best Arctic Cat dealers that Alberta offers. Their customer service is fantastic and their atmosphere is the small town family atmosphere that makes it such a great place to visit. My family has attended the Hanna ATV races for 5 years and if ever we had the smallest breakdown or required any part, the owner of Checker'd Flag would go out of his way to keep us running for the weekend. This place is top notch!!
I have bought all my Artic Cat snowmobile's from Checkered flag sports. Great service and great people. Always keeps us updated on priduct and when we get our Cats serviced.
Have been taking vehicles here for oil changes and now tune-ups for the past two years. I recently took my wife's SUV in for a tune-up and the mechanics noticed the front end making a noise it shouldn't be. Was a messed up linkage and bushings, which is being repaired for a reasonable price. We had taken our vehicle to Fountain Tire twice specifically to have that noise looked at and they couldn't find it both times. Leave it to Checker'd Flag to notice it immediately without hassle. I am very happy with the service and rates so far and will definitely keep taking my vehicles there for work.

My car broke down on the highway near Hanna but I managed to get it to Checker'd Flag Sports who assured me they would fix it but they had to order the parts. I left it with them. Some time later my daughter picked the car up and was bringing it to me. It broke down again due to a belt breaking that Checker'd Flag Sports supposedly had replaced. They hadn't. Using the work order from Checker'd Flag Sports, the serial numbers on the belt and the word of two seperate mechanics there isn't any doubt whatsoever that that particular belt was NOT put on by Checher'd Flag Sports. I phoned them (I live in another provence) and in a friendly and reasonable way explained the situation. At first, a guy called Dan Servonnet simply denied that hadn't replaced it. When I presented the evidence to the contrary and gave him the phone number of one of the mechanics that supported my claims he started getting mad and said "He didn't have time for this"---and thats where it stands at the moment. My daughter didn't really have "time for this" either when she spent four hours and 200 getting the car fixed because Checker'd Flag Sports didn't do what I payed them to do.
