Had an amazing experience with Jim and his crew! They did an awesome job of replacing several windows, a door and the entire siding on the house! They went above and beyond to accommodate any and all my requests and I’m truly thankful and pleased with the finished product! Can’t say enough about their work and professional job! Over a period of time, we had all of the windows on our old stone house replaced by the incredibly competent MacArthur team. Jim and the boys go beyond the call of duty. They honour their quote. They take great pride in their workmanship, and it is top notch. North Star windows are the best money can buy. Jim's team is now replacing the windows on my parents' home. I only wish we still lived near the area his company serviced. As far as my husband and I are concerned, they are the best in the business... second to no one! Excellent experience every single time!!!
Called Jim for an estimate . He could not be bothered to take down my info . He put some little kid on the phone to take my address down . Did not show or return my call . Dont waste your time with this joker .The other company came out the same day and ended up getting the job.
Amazing customer service. They do such an amazing job.
Poor service. Called for an estimate never called back. Finally booked a person to come out and measure for an estimate they called and cancelled the day of. Re-booked that appointment they never showed up.
