I went online to purchase a Mustang to build a 9/11 tribute car. I found a nice Mustang at Lots For Less. I talked with a very professional salesman named Brandon. Brandon went way beyond a normal salesman's job to make this project happen. this dealership is a NO PRESSURE DEALERSHIP which is hard to find. very professional and would anyone to come here and purchase from them. All the information about the car your purchasing is presented to you. Nothing hidden. Not only did we purchase our Mustang from them .....They became our official sponsor of the build. of the tribute car.5 stars doesn't do it for my book, I would give them 10. I'd like on behalf of Kei Designs, thank Brandon, Ashley and Jake who worked hard to make this happen. We also would like to thank Toyota for all there help. Great buying experience at Hanover Lots for Less. The sales team went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Irving was super down to earth and went the extra mile throughout the whole process. The sales manager Ashley was awesome too. She was training Brandon to become a manager, and was very instructional and thorough with him. Definitely recommend checking them out to buy a car

I would highly suggest employing people who can read and comprehend questions that are being asked via the chat button on your mobile site. Not blame the customer because they failed to answer a question properly and cost the customer an unneeded credit inquiry. Thanks a bunch Theresa!

Let me start by saying that if you need a car please come here and request Brandon Stoner, he was phenomenal. Absolutely no pressure sales and truly treats you as a friend the whole time. The whole team from the management to the finance department were super nice and very informative. My girlfriend and I personally interacted with Brandon stoner the salesman, Jake Morgan he is the sales manager, and Ashley heller she runs the finance department. We came in with an extremely rough credit situation to the point I thought about canceling the appointment because everyone was telling us no. We did show up about 15 minutes late (traffic) and Brandon meet us at the door, he was super friendly and a positive person. Within minutes of being there he told us he got us approved, the night before we filled out the credit application. That was crazy and completely took the stress out of the meeting. While paper work was getting sorted out we had the chance to talk with Jake and honestly it was refreshing not to have things jammed down our throats that we didn't want. In the finance area Ashley was super cool, and explained everything very well. I've been to a lot of dealerships were this part of the buying a car is a nightmare but not with her. She made it a great time and keep the conversation going. Overall this had to be the best experience we ever had and will be back for any and all car needs. Thanks Hanover Lots for Less :)
