20 years business with them to have them keep a policy on a car I had replaced with another. Transferred plates and all. Even when brought to their attention still would not take policy off car. Even had the nerve to give me a strike for non payment on the vehicle. Obviously not paying premiums on a vehicle I dont even have! Even reaching out to corporate they would not take any responsibility in their error, even subtly threatening me that my house may burn down if I didnt have house insurance. Would not recommend them especially since Mark does not seem to be running the show like he used too and especially since Mabel is gone. Never had an issue previous that wasnt taken care of swiftly. Go with another company.
