Great customer service; very friendly. The product is awesome. Extremely good quality. A sample of the "Year from Hell" hand rescue lotion was included in my package. It is the best hand lotion I've ever used. It doesn't leave your hands greasy after use and it smooths my skin right away. The candle was awesome and the shower bombs smelt great too. Can't wait to give it as a gift this Christmas!

“Completely Outstanding” customer service. I’d give 1k stars just for the customer service alone!! I mean.. what company sends you a personal email after ordering stating I was early for the online sale, and went ahead and informed me that they went back and refunded me to give me the sale price??? Not many in my books!! I ordered the egg nog scent. What an awesome/ delightful scent! It’s not over-powering, it just lightly fills the room with that exact scent! And the smell doesn’t wear off like most candles. It stays strong to the bottom of the candle. Friends and family absolutely LOVED the labels, and had a good chuckle over them. I’m ordering the rest of the scents these candles come in, and will be ordering much more in the future! Just awesome!! If you’re at all sceptical, just try it.. definitely worth the money!! Thank you Coleman for your amazing customer service and producing an amazing product!!!
