Pros: Friendly and professional staff. Nice amenities, tho it would be nice if they opened all the amenities. Great location. Apartments are brand new. Cheapest apartment complex withing the cluster of apartments in this area. Cons: ZERO cell reception on lower levels. Since the apartment complex is so new, the water has a horrible smell. You have to get rid of it by completely running out the hot water tank, letting it fill up and heat up again, and repeating that process at least 5 more times just for the smell to be bearable, because trust me, its stinks bad! It will go away eventually tho. It would be nice if they did this process before the tenant moved in.Lastly, I pay for reserved parking on the first floor (165/mo) and i have had constant issues of people parking in my spot. It would be nice if they would make 5-min parking spots for people wanting to collect mail, usps drivers, or anyone else who wants convenient short term parking, because when i pull up at home and i pay such a high price just to park, i expect my spot to be open. Either that or actually enforce your own parking rules.

I came to tour Hanover Town Center and was blown away. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, but was introduced to the whole office. Everyone is so friendly and available to help. The apartment homes are gorgeous and I am so excited to move-in!

What an absolutely stunning property! Started out our tour with Kylen and saw more amenities than I could even count! Each and every one was so beautifully crafted down to the last detail. I mean that garden courtyard is breathtaking! We ventured over to the show units and wow were they great. Such amazing use of space, the kitchen island sold me almost immediately then the walk in closet pushed me over the edge. Thank you so much for the tour Kylen, Hanover is so very lucky to have you!

I had an excellent experience working with Chris today for my apartment. He is so knowledgeable, nice, and showed me 3 or 4 apartments until I found one I loved. He was patient and so kind. I have also been helped by Sarah who was amazing - she answered all of my questions, helped me with insurance and was so patient & lovely!!!
