It was a SURPRISE to actually have a real person answer the phone. Was prompt and courteous service. The guys that came were friendly and knowledgeable and I'll use them again and definitely recommend this business.

I saw the bad reviews but decided to give them a try anyways. I needed an old van towed. They showed up on time with cash in hand. Friendly guys. No complaints.
WARNING - We asked for Tri County's biggest container. We were given, one at a time, 3 containers. Owner said he'll pay once he has all our scrap metal. Our scrap metal came to 6.7 tonnes. Although we sorted out the metal as best we could, the metal was priced as mixed. After many phone calls and 3 months later, we received a cheque for 106.56. We were charged 807 for the containers. Yet their invoice says 'No charge for over 6 tonnes'. I wish we had seen the previous reviews.
