Roy arrived at the scheduled time and introduced himself. He first provided information on his Covid testing procedures, which made us more comfortable. Roy explained how his personal experience with Window Nation led him to becoming a part of the company. The presentation of the product was excellent. Roy answered 95% of my questions before I asked them. The window construction and features basically sold themselves. There wasn't any pressure sales pitches, just a very knowledgeable explanation of the construction and quality of the products used in the construction of the windows.

We recently had windows installed throughout our newly purchased home. Everyone at Window Nation was very prompt to respond to my questions and I was extremely impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the Project Crew Manager, Josh. We not only were replacing windows but we also were adding some windows and expanding others. Josh made sure that the construction was done correctly to avoid problems down the road. We can already tell a difference in how much warmer our house seems in the winter with the new windows and it gives the home a nice facelift! Would highly recommend.

Window Nation installed 6 double hung windows. The service team arrived promptly at 8am, (as scheduled). The 1st thing they did was to lay covers over our carpet and hard wood floors. Within 10 minutes they began installing the windows. One individual did the demo work and the other did the install work. It was apparent, from my observation, that they were experienced mechanics. By 11am, the installation was complete and all debris had been removed and a cleanup of the work area was completed. The windows were exactly as ordered and we tested each one and could not find anything out of order. It was a thorough and well orchestrated job. I found that the cost of the windows including demo and installation was very competitive and felt that this window was superior to the others that we had reviewed. When buying windows, you must do your homework first before talking to sales people. My wife and I were well prepared with our questions concerning installation, material, warranties, etc as well as competitive cost data. Our experienced sales person had the right answers. Windows is a very competitive field and it pays to shop and compare. We found Window Nation came out on top.
