The lady there help guide to what I was looking for and was kind and knowledgeable. I bought the CBD tea (lavender and chamomile) and will be going back to see what else there is for me to try :)

I lost my wallet at there store and before I could even make my way back to see if I left it there, they already reach out to me via Facebook!?!?!?!!!! I was more than happy with there customer service and how welcoming they were from start to finish. Great experience, I will be back!!!!

Huge selection of items, friendly staff that seem like they actually care about the business succeeding, reasonable prices. WAY better experience here than that other chain, which shall not be named (PK), that tried to illegally bait and switch me on prices, and then continued to defend their illegal practice when I contacted their main office. They can burn in hell.

Oh my gosh. I wish I could give more than five stars!! I cannot even begin to express how much this shop SURPASSED my expectations. I was born and raised in Colorado and was concerned that no shop would be able to compare. Boy was I wrong, I spoke with Austin on the phone and he answered ALL of my crazy questions. I showed up the same day and could not BELIEVE the selections that they had. I had very specific needs and they had SO many different products that were PERFECT, and Austin even lead me to items I didn't even know existed. Austin was an absolute pleasure to work with. I also met the shop owner Erik, I was so surprised because shop owners are rarely ever involved. He was so kind and really listened to my needs and also offered a few options that were well within my budget and were better quality than I was used to. I will forever be a lifetime customer. This Colorado girl was IMPRESSED and amazed by Happy Clouds. Make sure to ask for Austin any time you show up, he is probably the most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. Amazing attitude as well, I feel like I left with making two friends that genuinely cared.
