New puppy Mama and researched many trainers in the area. Happy Tails caught my eye and I have not regretted! Small class size is not only perfect for attention, but (unfortunately) perfect for Covid. Felt very safe and socially distanced with still feeling a bond with the other parents in the group. I have a barking, anxious pup who loves to learn and our instruction was tailored to help her with dividers put up for her focus. Worked fantastic! I appreciate the group's patience with my pup. Will continue to use their services. Thank you!!

Had an exceptional experience with Jennifer, and have full confidence in her knowledge and compassion for our newest family member. Our little man attended their 'mind your manners' class, which we would highly recommend. The class is a great value, class sizes aren't too big (ours was 5 dogs), and she makes sure each dog gets their turn getting some individual attention. She does a great job of articulating what's going on inside your puppy's head, and is able to effectively communicate suggestions to the owners as well. Plan on continuing with their more advanced classes!

Was very excited about the reviews and affordable price. I emailed them a week ago about the next steps and I have never heard back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It was expensive 150 dollars for 6 classes. I told the trainers my concerns before I registered and paid for the class. My concerns were my PUPPY barks a lot when he sees other dogs, he jumps on people and tries to hump people. Well, on his first puppy class he did all three things and I was told by the trainer that he was not a good fit for the class. So frustrating part is they would not refund me my money and I was told I only had six months to use the money that I had paid for as a credit towards one on one training. Which is very expensive. So basically, I paid 150 for one class. I was not at all happy with this business and experience as a first time dog owner looking for help. I took my puppy to a different training school and they were able to see and help me with my puppy. This place is a complete rip-off. I understand that my puppy may have not been a good fit for the class, but since it was not my choice to leave the class I should have been given my money back. I will be reporting this business to the business bureau
