I worked as a contractor for this \creative company.\ After discovering that they made almost no money and had virtually no clients, I helped them advance their business -- dedicating unpaid time in large quantity. I was then assured I was a partner, which would hopefully pay me back for my time moving forward. However, upon hearing unsubstantiated rumors from unknown people on facebook regarding a former position in a restaurant from more than three years before, they terminated their relationship with me. None of the unsubstantiated accusations occured while I worked as a \partner\ in their creative company, nor did any internal issues arise in the two years I worked with them. They did not reward me any money for my \partnership\ in their company, nor the time I spent furthering their business. They, however, still use my photos on their event booking site as well as other creative assets I generated for them, including long-form video. Others, including many clients, have had negative relationships with these two men, who are inept at customer service and business. They have also made false accusations against the photographer who occupied the studio in the building before me, see Dwayne Rogge photography.

AVOID!! These people send SPAM under many names and web domains. They looked up my personal domain registration and abused it to send spam advertising their services. They have very shady international domain registrations - \orbitanimations.net\, \theexplainerguys.xyz\, \happychap.co.\ - and the domains are with multiple registrars. Some of those registrations are private. At least one is registered in Panama. Would you trust someone willing to violate the law? (There is a strong anti-spam law in the State of Washington.) I wouldn't. Stay away from these untrustworthy, shady people.

Freaking awesome! Anytime I have a problem they fix it. Any questions they answer. Prices are super affordable, I mean really really affordable. Not only created our brand but made handled everything single side of our brand, website, logo, and everything down to custom tee shirt designs.

Small Companies should be wary of working with Happy Chap. Our working relationship started out great, they did a good job building my website with talk of doing the whole brand build out from logo, website, social media, business cards etc. There was talk about having them manage my site and update it but we never got that far. After the website was finished and launched everything went downhill. Im not sure if they were overwhelmed with bigger clients, but my emails started going unanswered for weeks at a time. We had a mixup with the business cards, and instead of them being transparent about what was going on, they ignored my emails for 3 months. Basically, they started a job and never saw it to completion. On top of that, they were supposed to manage my site and keep it updated, but after my emails going unanswered for months at a time, its clear that won't be happening. The values they list on their website are a joke. The reality of working with them couldn't be any further from those values. If you are a small company be very wary of working with them to build your brand.
