I love the family oriented atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the way Dr. Chandler takes the time to listen to you. Nobody rushes you in or out. I feel like they are genuinely concerned about me.

I liked the doctor, Dr. Sullivan was a good doctor, but I was screwed on the billing. I was double charged for an EKG and was told that would be taken care of and believe I was talking to my insurance company at the time about it. I paid what was required and now I have a collection on my credit report for a measly 63 from Nationwide Recovery Service for the Harbin clinic account that I was double charged for. My credit should not be impacted from a mistake on an invoice to my insurance company.
