I wanted to look at the service history of my VW van so I went to the nearest VW dealership. Stepping in the shop I saw three guys around a table talking, one of them was half laying on two chairs. Already surprising to see that at VW dealership. One of the guys said, for privacy reasons I cannot see my! car's history. I explained again, it is my car and they don't have to protect my privacy from me. The sentence made them think a bit but kept saying no, we don't do. I asked if it sounds logical, what he says. He impolitely said yes, it is logical to not show the service history of your car. That was enough and I left the dealership. (I guess standing up from two chairs and check the computer would have been difficult for the man.) Decided to go to another dealership near bye, to Dronten. They showed me the history of my car in 2 minutes without any complications and served with all information I needed. :) I definitely do not recommend this dealership in Hardrwijk for anything. And for them I recommend to check the policy of VW. I hope they act smarter than this with guarantee issues.

Heb eigenlijk een beetje spijt mijn oude VW bus ingeruild te hebben voor een nieuwe. Vindt de kwaliteit van Volkswagen bedrijfswagens achter uit gaan. Mijn volgende bus wordt geen Volkswagen.
