Darrell started off great but as my case progressed, office staff changed and many pertinent details were pushed to the side. A lot of research was done last minute (day before court appearances). The attorney seemed more interested in maintaining a friendship with the opposing lawyer than he did in my best interests as a client. On my last court appearance I was rushed into making decisions that turned out to not be in my favor, as if the attorney did not want to wait for the judge (the case before us was long). I was also given incorrect information in court stating that I would receive money back from the other party but that turned out to be false! The other party received that money back. So the attorney I had to pay thousands to, caused me to lose money. Yet every time I needed to meet concerning any issues or had any questions, the attorney was hardly ever available until weeks later. Save your money and your time and go where you’ll be valued as a client.
