This is the place we grew with. earlier it was Foodgrain wholesale market.one of the biggest in Hardoi, often called galla mandi. everything from wheat, dal, jaggery, vegetables, even jewellery were available. At one end a rice husk mill was there bordering the famous SARAI and on the other end was the Hanuman Temple, however the wholesale godown business started from Hnuman Temple and leads to the lane nearby. 15 years back ithinkthe grains mandi was shifted to other place,thus it has become just a vegetable market.
