I've needed to do strength training for a long time! But I was never comfortable or motivated enough to go to the big classes at the Y or other large gyms. Working with Ben at HardShell Fitness has been a perfect fit. He meets people at their current fitness level. He is encouraging and flexible, and makes room for different types of folx to feel comfortable showing up and getting stronger together.
