Purchased a new home with hardwood flooring installed by the Hardwood Man. I have had problems from the beginning. I have been told by other flooring professionals that the floor was improperly installed. It squeaks and makes creaking sounds like no other. The builder and the hardwood man have never been back to look at it. The builder claims it is caused by environmental conditions. Be careful when choosing a flooring professional especially ones that do not take pride in their work. Check their reviews and if they guarantee their work.
