Never disappoints and the staff always greets you with a good attitude. I'm there almost every Saturday since they opened and no matter who is working they are friendly and helpful with suggesting new combos or specials. Quality and service keep me coming back!

I don't know what some of these other people are talking about, their bad experiences were probably their own bad attitude. I have been eating at this location for years and usually never buy more than 2 slices, so it's not like I'm a big spender, I usually just get enough for myself or me and my girlfriend and I have to say that in several years of eating here, I have zero complaints. The pizza is great, never a long wait and I love the casual laid back atmosphere where you can eat good pizza and have a beer. I do wish they offered a little more variety 5 or 6 dollar slices with things like bacon or steak, but that is nitpicking. Just don't ever stop the big 4 cheese slice and I will continue to come back. Great place at the lake.

Worst pizza ever! Got 2 slices - 1 steak and 1 onion and peppers....pizza toppings were cold and the steak was so tough that I couldn't chew it! I ended up scraping the toppings off and ate basically a cheese pizza and still threw half of it away. Terrible...just terrible!

This place has the best pizza I've had in my life. You're seriously missing out if you don't check this place out. Great staff working here including Laila. That girl deserves a raise. Great service. Go get that degree Laila. I believe in you and you should too. Great pizza

Every time I have been to a Benny's Pizza I have never been let down. My wife and I have been together for three years and Benny's has always been one of our favorite places to eat at. Unfortunately this is the first time I have been let down. This is the first time I have been to this Benny's Pizza. My wife and I very recently got married and we decided to spend our honeymoon at Smith Mountain Lake. We noticed that there was a Benny's pizza near where we were staying so we decided to go there and try a different Benny's to us.The pizza was delicious like all the times we have to a Benny's Pizza. However the custom service at this one was not very good. The waitress was rude. My wife had ordered a couple slices of pizza and the waitress asked her if she was going to eat all the slices she had ordered. The waitress had a look of surprise by my wife's order. Throughout our entire time at the restaurant my wife and I felt like we both were being judged based on our order. We have eaten at Benny's in other locations and never once felt judged based on our order. I do not wish to give a Benny's a bad review however, it is not an employee's job or place to judge someone on what they ordered. They ARE SUPPOSED to provide customers with their orders no questions asked regardless if an order is regular or feels different to the staff. My wife and I truly hope no one else has that kind of experience and enjoys the amazing pizza.

The pizza was great like the other Benny’s we have been to. However, the customer service was far from satisfactory. When we ordered our food we felt like we were being judged because of the cashier’s reaction to our order. She had a look of surprise on her face and made a comment about our order. We didn’t feel comfortable eating our food there.
