My mom and I had such a pleasant experience here. We don’t often get our nails done professionally because so many salons are just rude or do two petty coats and send you on your way. Not this place!! The owner and his wife were so kind and pleasant to talk to while they did our nails. And when my gel manicure came out looking a little off, he quickly added another coat and top coat without me even asking! Now they look amazing and so glossy! My mom and I both commented to each other how great they were, and worth every dollar. We will definitely come here from now on!

Terrible, just terrible, girl was half way thru my nails and said she didn't know how to do long nail, nails are very lumpy and uneven, take your business elsewhere!! Also charge 30 dollars for a fill! A fill! And didnt even renforce the nail! This place is terrible!! If i could give 0 stars i would!
Rude! I went a year ago almost they charged me 50 to put a coat of paint on my nails! I have never been to a more unprofessional place with absolutely no customer service and my nails looked so bad I had other woman that walked out right behind in disbelief of the way not only i was treated but also themselves and the qualityof theirown nails!I I even paid the crazy price and said to have a nice day and the lady laughed atmeas I walked away!

Lake nails always dose an amazing job on my nails! They always make time for you and care about what look you want done! They are very family friendly! I love taking my younger siblings there with me! Thank you for great service!
There is a huge language barrier depending on the technician(s) you get. My last visit with my friend she was supposed to get a manicure and powder, I was supposed to get gel. They gave me the manicure, not her. Then I asked for my nails not to be filed, even pulled my hand away at one point, and she still did not understand. When we went to pay we told her twice that we wanted to pay separately. Then made my friend pay for both of us. I didn't give them a lower score because my gel and my friends powder were the best I've seen in a long time. They just need to insure they have someone there to make sure everyone can understand each other. Also, if you get a male tech for a pedicure watch your toes! He likes to cut off ALOT from the sides of big toe nail.
