Lengthy wait for tellers or manager. After my boat loan was paid off they quitly swindled 5 per month from the minimum balance needed to open the loan in the 1st place. Very deceptive.

You can shop at stores but you cannot go into the lobby. One lane drive through 8 cars deep. Extremely poor service.
