This store is always so nice about wanting to please their customers. I love their chop salads, and they are willing to make them just the way I like them. The ingredients are always fresh, and the employees are friendly. What more could I want?!

Signs read "mask required " to protect staff and customers . I was number 10 in line 6 feet apart. Four patrons did not have masks. Please enforce YOUR policy.
They quit serving roast beef what a bummer
Working in Westlake there are few places to eat. Because of this I frequent, or did frequent this subway at least 2 to 3 times per week. Today I went in at 1055 am to get an early lunch. Upon entering I could hear both ladies working complaining about customers and orders. On and on. They were so busy complaining neither one even said hello or anything cordial and barked at me as to what I wanted. Both were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've never had an issue with the food but the employees just don't cut it. I own and operate a business in this area and would immediately terminate any employee who treated customers this way. If these ladies are so miserable they should find somewhere else to work. After this experience I will not be back.
Use to love their subs but recently they have been real light in what they put on them. I started noticing with the chicken ranch but yesterday ordered the garlic steak and provolone and the sandwich was all bread and hardly any meat and cheese and guess what that even made me sick! They are really going downhill!
