Words & Afterwords is one of the hidden treasures of Hardy. The waitresses are friendly and the prices aren't bad. They even have wifi and art from local artists. Best of all is the evening entertainment. Thursdays are usually open mic night where people from the community come in and sing & play instruments. On Friday/Saturday nights they usually have a band and a delicious all-you-can-eat meal. And if I had any kids I would definitely take advantage of their movie night! I have a laptop and regularly bring it with me to check my email on their wifi. It works especially well outside on the patio, where they have a beautiful rustic fountain and a great fireplace. If you haven't checked out Words & Afterwords yet, I highly recommend that you do.
