Worst customer service experience. I went there with a problem.already known to me. I told them its an issue with the hard drive but the guy told me its issue with the software and it will be fixed .but after a week they told me its an issue with hard drive plus the keyboard is not working. And they charge me 30 euros to tell me the problem I already knew plus damaged my keyboard too. How stupid they think people are especially foreigners. Not recommended at all.

Ooit printer gekocht, nu nieuwe pc aangeschaft, wat technische bijstand gekregen (Remco) en dit als eindresultaat: van begin tot einde fantastische bijstand gekregen, uitvoerige uitleg en uiterst vriendelijke antwoorden op al mijn vragen (soms vragen die mijn onkunde bewezen) een goed, deugddoend, van kennis doorspekt antwoord gekregen ! Wat kan je nog meer wensen ! Bedankt Computerfabriek, van harte bedankt, jullie maakten mijn jaar méér dan goed !
