Awesome resort. The property is maintained wonderfully. Full marks to the team for their hospitality. The experience at the Front desk itself is effortless with the Manager Ms Neha personally talking care of guests. Restaurant serves a good size spread of buffet for all three meals. Bonfire is available on request. The Ganges is just a few steps from the resort. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities with the activity manager Mr Surinder ensuring all guests have a good time.

The charges are steep and quality must be equal to what we are paying. At these 5 start rates, everything must be top notch without room for a single complaint
Overall stay was nice. Monkeys are a menace and make kids feel scared to move out alone. Game room was not manned and hard to get someone for help. Outdoor activities are good. Add few more activities (as badminton is useless coz it's too windy) Lawn tennis if possible can be added without doing too much changes. The trees (Louqat) are cutting the view if you are sitting in restaurant. If they can be relocated the restaurant will have nice river view. Overall the resort is very good if you want to be away from hustle bustle of city and relax in calm atmosphere. Service staff is excellent and food at the restaurant is also of very good quality.
We had a 2 days family vacation at Amatra by the ganges and it was super excellent. The checking and checkout process was very fast and smooth. The front desk manager Neha was really helpful, also the entire staff was really nice and polite. Rooms were really neat and clean, food was relishing and the overall property is extremely beautiful and very well maintained. We experienced beautiful sunset view and aarti in the evening. Enjoyed the family time. Loved the area and food. The staff is friendly and courteous. The Ganga is flowing just 1 minute away. 4 stars because room wise things could have been better. Sockets are more of power strips put on walls. Floor is wooden but showing it's age. Apart from it, excellent place to spend time with family.
There is one thing which I would draw your attention to. The mattresses were not comfortable at all as they were having springs in them. These are really outdated now and should be replaced with better ones for comfortable sleep and rest.
The property is great with a feel of fresh air. River is absolutely in the property which makes things further refreshing. Rooms are of good size and so are the bathrooms. Also the rooms are clean and tidy. Some areas of improvement: 1. The boards need to be in place to guide to the property. Many small turns are there and no sign boards. 2. Rooms necessarily should have hand towels, which was missing in all the three rooms in which I was staying. 3. Ac needs to be changed or improved. Most of the Ac's are old and the vent does not operate with remote and are broken. 4. Some of the room accessories like Hot water Kettle needs to be proper. Despite the above shortcomings, the property is superb and a must visit for a calm and peaceful holiday.
The location is wonderful. It was a nice stay. Nice getaway gateway for the weekend. The rooms need to be maintained more. Food is really tasty and staff is well behaved.
