Thanks for arrangement of chardham yatra by helicopter. Darshan was smooth and hassle free.

The trip was well planned by Mr Amit Oberoi. The driver was polite and patient. He drove safely throughout the trip. But the biggest con of the trip was the car which we got. We had to stop on our journey 3 times for repairs, tyre puncture etc. Due to all these stoppages we were very much delayed. We could not visit many places in rishikesh, haridwar on the first day of the trip due to 2 hour delay. On the 3rd day of the trip there was a tyre puncture (even the stepney was punctured and driver had failed to notice it) and hence we were again delayed by 3.5 hours and hence got late for darshan at Badrinath. The manager Mr Deepak assured us that he would replace the car, but unfortunately that didnt happen. Also before commencement of the trip we were informed that there won't be much rush at Badrinath and there would be no need to purchase any darshan tickets at Badrinath in advance. On the contrary there was a heavy rush at the temple. We travelled with 2 of our aged parents who could not stand in the free darshan queue. There was no guidance from the yatra for advance purchase of pooja tickets. We could not get tickets for darshan for the next 2 days and hence had to miss darshan. I would expect the travel agency to guide the customers for purchase of tickets especially during the peak season.
