Haridwar Ghat is one of four river-bank pilgrimage sites where the Kumbh Mela is held and after a gap of 11 years it is back in 2021. It was last held in 2010 at this Ghat. Kumbh Mela is a religious pilgrimage, one of the largest mass gatherings at one place. The Ghat is kept relatively clean and there are many accommodation places available nearby as well as many food outlets. For those travelling by car, free parking is available. It is definitely one of the must places to visit.
