Very unprofessional, horrible service. I reached out multiple time before closing and could not get a hold of anyone. Then they told me I couldn't do mail away the day before. There are many better firms to work with in GA, i.e Andrew Gurvey, MMC, or Troy King... All those guys are lot better than Harlan and less expensive. .. I would not recommend these guys to anyone, unless you want to get jerk around.

Went in to close a sale of my home to my ex wife, and instead of being greeted normally, was simply asked \Mask?!?\ as I was waiting. After explaining I didn't have one, was given an insulted and rude look before Mr. Harlan walked away. During the signing process, Mr. Harlan made multiple efforts to talk down to me, and although he wasn't capable intellectually of doing so, that didn't stop him. As an insurance agency owner I've dealt with countless realtors, lenders, and title companies, and Harlan & Associates is BY FAR the worst of them! If your lender or realtor uses them beg for another title company, save yourself the frustration!
