This company fitted a new window and composite door at my house. The products and fit were superb. It was fitted when agreed, the job was done as expected. I am a very happy customer. it was all competitively priced and well done. They are now coming back to do more work for me

after pathetically failing many times at cutting glass to dimension I asked them to do the job for me. so obviously they have the right tools and the savoir faire..... for a very reasonable price on the top of that!

I rang up to get a quote for some new windows. As i was at work during the week, i asked for a Saturday appointment. I could overhear the conversation on the other end of the phone like the workman wasn't happy about doing it on a weekend but they agreed. During the week I got a phone call saying they were in the area and would I mind if they took the measurements from the outside while I wasn't there. After a few days of not hearing anything or knowing if anyone had been to take measurements or not, I rang up. I was told that somebody had been and my quote was in the post, however, this has not materialised.

I approached Harlequin as the property I have has old double glazing meaning a very cold small bedroom for my youngest. After deciding on replacing the glas rather than the whole window and after a few quotes I decided with Harlequin and didnt regret it. Sharon was knowledgeable and explained a the options and expected benefits clearly. I decided to upgrade to the composite spacer for maximum insulation effect. They're glass is filled with Argon as standard where others charge extra which I thought was a nice touch. The fitting was efficient and kept mess to a minimum so glad I paid for that rather than fot it myself. They were also the cheapest in the end (by a small margin) which was reassuring as I worry about a lot cheaper and the quality. A few weeks in and the room is much warmer and is much more in line with the rest of the house. Well worth the upgrade. Thanks all
