Extremely disappointing service. We employed Lee and his team to work on our large residential project. After a couple of months of good progress, during which time he was paid promptly (within 48hours) on all invoices, Lee stopped responding to calls or messages, and did not turn up to site for 5 weeks. We chased and chased, and were met with endless reasons (other sites needed more attention / his 40th birthday party / several holidays) why the work had not been carried out. When he had no reason why he had failed to complete something, he simply ignored those messages / texts / emails altogether. Ended up replacing him with a new team who worked efficiently, quickly and politely. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for.... Would strongly advise NOT to use Lee Whatling Builders. Overpromised, and total lack of delivery. Extremely disappointing.

Came round to look at wall and went away to produce a quote. Said it could be done that Saturday. Never got back to me. Saturday came and went Chased a number of times, even spoke to him in the office and he said he'd get a quote over that day and no replay. Chased again and still hasn't called back. Can't be bothered anymore, would not recommend.
