Mark Ricci is knowledgeable and personable. He was very responsive and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Overall, the staff is great as well. I bought three other bikes from them and the experience has always been positive. On another note, the service department also takes really good care of their customers' bikes. I totally trust them to do a great job servicing my bike every time!

I went looking for a new bike and I had some of the best helping me look for what I wanted and get the financing I needed. Jim was great to work with and Blase helped get me in the right direction. Amy in finance stayed after close with Jim and Batman to make sure I could pick it up after work. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a bike.

Took the Harley Davidson riding class at the NPR location. Tim and Kim the instructors were awesome, super informative and make what can be a boring book part of class fun! I highly encourage anyone looking to take this class to do so with Tim and Kim!!

I chose this place to take my motorcycle safety course and I'm glad I did. Some courses maybe quicker but none are as in depth and detailed as this one. From riders that haven't ridden before to novices, this team will work with you and teach you to be successful. The instructors David and Tim are extremely experienced and professional, I would definitely recommend this course to friends and family.
