I ORDERED flowers for my niece this ValDay with balloons and they even chose the perfect balloons without me telling them. My niece her flowers and balloons. I had ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and due to the Covid pandemic it was postponed. I called and let them know it has been postponed. Over a month later I called and surprisingly they had called the funeral home and delivered them to the graveside service. They took care of me 100% and I didn’t even know it. Very happy with their customer service during a difficult time. In sharing this with my family, they did snap a picture and the arrangement looks just like the picture on their webpage. I would highly recommend.
Today, I purchased a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a friend that is battling cancer in Harlingen, TX. The owner of the store is very kind, knowledgeable, and listened attentively to what I desired for my friend as I explained what she was going through. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service , the creative presentation , and that I was able to purchase something so beautiful within my budget. My friend was also surprised and happy to receive a beautiful bouquet today. This beautiful arrangement put a beautiful smile on her face. Therefore, I am rating A Little Castle Flower Shop with 5 Stars because I can sense that the owners genuinely care about serving others in the community they live in.
