I have called on George Cunningham several times for my A/C repairs. Each time they have very professional and efficient. The are transparent and honest. They have always arrived and repaired the same day I called about an issue. I will continue to ask for their services when I need. They have also started a maintenance plan program that seems to be fair prices and beneficial to keep you comfortable and worry free in the south Texas heat.

The service people sent were courteous, professional and did a terrific job of locating and installing our generator. They kept us informed as to what they were doing; let us know when to expect the electrician who would continue the job, and made sure we knew that the gas hook-up would be the final step to getting our generator operational. Very highly recommended.

I loved the old man Joe was really friendly The owners Mr. JM & Dominic Cuttingham Came out themselves. Restaurant / kitchen was three hours away from opening Mr. JM rapidly shared my concern and put a team together they came out removed the old unit that was about 15 feet up on a roof and replaced with new in record time. Espana restaurant was able to open and comply with all local laws and regulations as well as customer service. We thank you for all you’re hard work and dedication.
