I went there today to buy myself some lunch. The combo I bought was supposed to be 5.99 as what was posted on the wall. What I was charged was 6.49 for the combo. They wouldn't give me any credit or anything. I even asked for the Manager and that person never came to the counter. I advised them that I would be posting everything on Facebook, Yelp and other placed. BE ADVISED AS WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED EVERYONE!!!

Way too much breading. I still do like their cole slaw, but that is where I draw a definite line. The chicken is way salty. Maybe the breading is supposed to make up for it, but it doesn't. After I de-boned my 8 piece meal only 1/3 of it was actual chicken. It was so nasty I didn't even feel comfortable feeding it to my dogs.
I ordered online thinking it would make the process quicker but it was the opposite. The order wasn't ready at the time they said it would, but 20 minutes later. Then I got only half of the order while assuring me that it was complete so I had to go back for the other half. I wasted my whole lunch hour just trying to get it right. I got no apology no discount or anything to compensate.
Does the Owner read these reviews? We decided on having KFC for dinner and placed my order online. Sent my son to pick up the order and noticed he was gone for a long time. After a quick phone call he told me nearly half the order was missing and had called the restaurant and was told to get back in the long drive thru line to wait again. So now because the staff there cannot read a simple order we are going to be punished with cold food. I called and spoke to the manager and she did not seem concerned at all. Almost as if messing up orders is very common and offered no apology. My order was to be picked up at 520pm. My son arrived home at 6:10pm because of their inability to pay attention to detail. When we started to unpacking the food we noticed items were STILL missing. OMG!! Asked for plates, none given Ordered 2 large fries only 1 was in the bag. And I find it very difficult to believe that this is the 10 popcorn chicken box. 10!!?? I am new to the valley and have never experienced such lack of care, such gross negligence of customer service, like I did with this KFC. I feel robbed for my hard earned money. When we tell people we choose KFC over the other guys, we normally get a crazy look. I think I figured out why, If this is how this local KFC treats its customers then I understand the looks I get. Where I am from KFC restaurants take pride in their food and service including order accuracy. Based off my experience here I cannot say the same for this place.
I think owners go out of there way to hire the most incompetent staff for comedic reasons. Cold food and orders are never correct.
