Worst merchandise and customer service I've ever experienced. They kept saying that the shoes we were trying to return, which hadn't been worn, were worn down. They brought out another pair to compare. There was no difference and the sales lady kept changing her story. Every time I showed her the fallacy and pointed out the discrepancies in her assessment she lied and found a new problem which I quickly pointed out was not true by comparing the shoes in the store to the ones we were returning after one day. She insinuated, from the beginning, that we were lying. Her reason for not letting us return the shoes kept changing. Very rude and disrespectful young lady. It was infuriating. Not only is the merchandise terrible but the staff is racist. I may have to go to the hospital for my blood pressure after the way I was treated. That store sells expired food also which we pointed out. They don't care. Someone could get very sick. Apparently I'm not the only customer who has been treated badly.
