Was picking up a wish order and it took forever for them to find the correct inventory, the store is clean and different just not my style

If I could give no stars I would. The “owner” is the rudest person ever!! I asked if she worked there and she said she did, when I told her what I was needing she proceeded to make a phone call and when off the phone just stood there. I asked what happened and she said she called her son because he was running 2 other stores and when he had time he would come by....I asked how long and she said she didn’t know. She then said she was retired and didn’t know how to do anything, only her son did. IF YOU ARE THE OWNER KNOW HOW TO RUN YOUR OWN STORE!!! Especially if you can’t afford but the one employee that has to work there because he’s your son. As we walked out the “owner” started yelling at us. I DON’T recommend this place AT ALL.

my problems were fixed the situation was handled very professionally. This just goes to show not all people are heartless and this world isn’t so bad I will be going back if I need anymore piercings.
