My partner and I are in the process of buying our first home and we were looking to have a property inspection carried out before completion. Demetri was recommended to us via our Estate Agents and clearly for good reason. He responded to my call straight away and was very accommodating. Since we are yet to move in, Demetri was able to work with the Estate Agent to arrange the inspection and he kept me informed throughout, even when the seller had a last minute change of plans and the inspection had to be rescheduled. The service provided was professional and we'll be happy to use his services again in the future.
