Had problems with our loft conversion and after lack of communication and willingness to resolve the problem by Scott he told us apparently the company had gone insolvent and they couldn’t fix the problems. After spending 25,000 on the loft our guarantee was now non existent and any problems we have to sort out ourselves at our own cost. They are now trading again with an extra word on the company name, so watch out if you had yours done before the apparent insolvency as your guarantee may be invalid too. Knew I should have gone with a company that had a few more years of trading under their belt. Was left stressed and devastated at this outcome. Wish Scott had been good to his word and could have transferred over the guarantee to his new company.

We had a loft conversion created by Scott on our Victorian property when other builders said it wasn’t possible, which passed all controls this was done a few years ago an very pleased with it creating a master bedroom with balcony a separate dressing room an wet room we would recommend him!
Scott and his team did a good job completing our loft extension on time and to a good quality.
Unfortunately we've found many signs of poor workmanship once the Job was completed that required additional steel structural work to meet and pass building control. very little response from Scott to resolve issues thus used different builders to rectify.
Scott renovated our kitchen, bathroom and garage. It was a series of mistakes, starting with misleading claims about the warranties that they provided for their work. Most work was done by sub-contractors, but there was no adequate project management, so the timeframe overran significantly and Scott seemed to be continually stressed. The quality of the work was very poor - they just seemed to want to finish as soon as possible, with no interest whatsoever in what standard it was done to - even to the point of installing gas pipes in contravention of building control regs. During the course of the project we realised that we could not rely on what Scott told us - we lost all trust in him by the end of the project. Avoid!
