I rarely leave negative reviews, but the felt really dismissed by the receptionist. I understand that they have to deal with a lot of people but that is not an excuse to be patronising and rude to a patient who is worried about their symptoms. Communication skills need to be improved

Disgraceful service from receptionists and doctors. Called on behalf of my girlfriend who was depressed/suicidal, sat on hold for over an hour, only to be cut off without speaking to anyone. After finally getting through to someone, the receptionist told me a doctor would call back. Instead - we just received a text saying “prescription is ready to collect”. However, the doctor hadn’t even called to assess the patient and the prescription was wrong anyway! Still trying to get her medication sorted 3 days later. Terrible surgery.
The quality of customer service is a disgrace, the doctors are selling false information to their patients. The waiting times are a joke. The doctors don’t seem to be bothered at all about patient care or wellbeing.
After ringing for 29 min when they finally answered, receptionist was so rude ended my phonecall when I was still speaking and lying that they sent the prescription to our pharmacy. MESSAGE TO THAT RECEPTIONIST. Please, if you don't like your job, people in general, not an easy to talk lady, just do everyone a big service and quit. Prescription request a week ago via doctor link, NOT DONE, why do you ask to use that app if no one bothers to take a look at the prescription? Prescription request via telephone, NOT DONE, and lied about it. I'm not requesting the medicine just for fun, my critically ill son needs them, have some compassion. Reader, if you are looking for GP avoid this one!
Went for a appointment to see a nurse as instructed by the pharmacy about my blood pressure I was given two appointments as I have had some medication stopped, waited outside in a carpark at the back of the surgery, for 45 minutes, to finally get in to be told i was having a b12 injection, which i have never had or needed before, when i asked about who had said i needed it, it turns out the receptionist has now become a doctor and she decided i had to have it, so came away from the surgery with nothing to do with what I was initially there for. So absolutely disgusted with this surgery.
